Fall Youth Running Club
This 4-week program consists of education in running form, pace, cadence as well as healthy habits, nutrition, attire. injury prevention, and good sportsmanship. This is a program that is non-competitive and promotes goal setting while emphasizing personal improvement. Required equipment for participation is a pair of comfortable running shoes, athletic clothes, and a water bottle.
