Proof of Insurance is required with the following requirements:

A marine policy of in full force and in effect during all times of the terms of this lease, a marine insurance policy, also known as a yacht policy or a wet marine policy, that at least provides protection and indemnity (P & I) liability coverage for bodily injury and death to persons, damage to property of others, and salvage and removal coverage on the Lessee’s vessel, in an aggregate combined limit of at least three hundred thousand ($300,000) per occurrence.
