Makin' Bacon: Techniques to cure Meats & Cheeses

Have you ever wanted to learn the process of making your own bacon or curing meet?
This course will teach you the process of curing meats,so you can take home cured bacon,
cured salmon, summer sausage and pickled vegetable. This class meets twice to allow your meats to cure during the days between each class. Chef Tim Winchester will guide you in the 
process to be your best at home chef and cure pork into bacon. Bacon, salmon, summer sausage and pickled vegetables. Price includes meats that you make as part of class to take home with you at the conclusion.
Wednesdays November 13 & 20. Time 6:00pm to 8:00pm. 
Cost Resident $110. Non Resident $120.
